A few helpful details to keep ordering simple and your cake looking its best.

Order policies

  • Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. Your order is confirmed after availability is approved and the deposit is received.
  • A 40% deposit is required to secure your order.
  • We prefer at least 15 days’ notice, but you may request any date and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate it.
  • Changes to the size, flavor, servings, or design are subject to availability and may affect the final price.
  • Because every item is handmade, colors and decorative details may vary slightly from reference photos.
  • Please disclose food allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Cake care & transport

  • Keep your cake refrigerated unless CakesNTreats provides different instructions for your order.
  • Transport the cake on a flat, level surface in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle—never on a seat or lap.
  • Keep the cake away from direct sunlight, heaters, and warm vehicles.
  • Lift the box from underneath with both hands and avoid pressing the sides or top.
  • Drive carefully and avoid sudden stops, sharp turns, and steep angles.
  • After pickup or delivery, safe transport, storage, and handling are the customer’s responsibility.
